Can I preview how my logo will look on the product?
Yes. Please work with your Graphic Account Manager to receive proofs in different products and/or imprint color(s). The different variations and settings in computer monitors can result in a slight difference between what you see on the screen and the actual color of your item and imprint colors. We suggest you request a sample.
Do I pay for artwork preparation or change?
No, artwork preparation is free. You’ll receive a free digital copy via email for your approval.

What is the difference between vector and raster art?
There are two types of files: bitmaps and vectors.
Bitmaps are made of pixels (.jpg, .gif, .png, .tif, .bmp), while vectors use mathematical paths (.ai, .cdr, .eps, .pdf, .ps, .wmf).
Vectors stay smooth at any size, while bitmaps get jagged when enlarged. Use bitmaps for photos, and vectors for typography and illustrations. EPS is a portable format that retains quality for vectors.
What if I cannot get the artwork in the correct format?
Please send us your files, and we’ll review them to identify any necessary adjustments. We’ll do our best to prevent delays caused by artwork issues. We can usually recreate simple logos quickly and at no extra cost. However, for complex artwork or challenging reproductions, there might be a small fee based on demands.
Do you keep my artwork on file?
We archive every art job that we do for our clients. This means that once we have your logo on file there is usually not a need to send it to us again. We can also make revisions and/or changes to your logo or add text underneath (usually) at no charge.
