Return Period
You have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to contact us with a clear and concise description of the issue encountered with the product.
Returnable Items
We accept returns for items meeting the following criteria:
a) Damaged in transit
b) Incorrect product or part delivered
c) Incorrect material/size supplied in your order
Please avoid returning any products without prior instructions from a member of the Yahik team.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot process returns for the following:
a) Custom designs as per your request
b) Unmet expectations regarding the outcome
c) Items outside the 14-day warranty timeframe
Shipping Costs
Yahik covers shipping costs for returnable items. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of non-returnable items.
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Send a Return Request to our Customer Service Team at service@yahik.com. Include the following details for faster processing:
- Order Number
- Item Name
- Reasons for Return
- Photos of the items
For size-related issues, include photos with visible measurements, and for quality concerns, highlight specific issues in the photos.
Step 2: Our Customer Service Representatives will respond within 24-48 hours with further instructions.
Step 3: Upon approval, ship the package to the designated return address provided by our customer service. Obtain the “Tracking Number” from your Local Post Office and inform our team via email.
Step 4: Upon receiving the package, we will process a refund within 1-2 business days.
Refund Process
Refunds apply to both full-price and sale/discounted items. The method and duration of the refund depend on the payment method:
- Credit card: 5-15 business days
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
