A single-color highlighter is a simple addition to a training pack. A multicolor design lets users mark different topics without carrying several separate pens. Choose the format around how the highlighters will be handed out and used.
One ink color or several?
Yellow, pink, green, orange and blue are among the available ink colors, with combinations varying by model. Flower and star designs hold several colors in one body. Check whether you need a particular ink combination, a specific body color or both: the ink and plastic housing are separate choices.
Leave room for your logo
The center of a shaped highlighter can provide space for a logo, while a straight marker may suit a longer line of text. We check the print area for the model you choose. A detailed logo may need simplifying to stay readable at a small size. Screen, pad and heat-transfer printing are available on suitable styles.
Try the ink on your paper
Highlighting can look different on copier paper, glossy handouts and notebook pages. If the pens will go into a set with custom notebooks, test a sample on the chosen paper. Check color visibility, any show-through and whether the ink underneath smudges.

The MOQ usually starts at 500โ1,000 pieces per style. The minimum depends on whether you choose standard body colors and simple logo printing or need custom body colors. We can confirm the quantity for your chosen design.
Available colors include yellow, pink, green, orange and blue, but not every model offers every combination. Tell us the ink colors you need separately from the body color. We will check the options for that style.
Screen printing suits many simple logos, while pad printing can be used on smaller or curved areas. Heat-transfer printing is available on compatible models for more detailed color artwork. The method and logo size depend on the highlighter shape.
Samples usually take 2โ3 business days after digital proof approval. Bulk production usually takes 5โ10 business days, depending on the quantity and packaging. Shipping is additional, so include your required arrival date when requesting a quote.
Smudging depends on the paper and the ink underneath, especially with inkjet prints or fresh handwriting. Test a sample on the documents you plan to use. Let handwritten notes dry before highlighting them.
