Custom Portfolio Specifications for Bulk Production
Custom portfolio orders start at 100 pieces. For a quotation, specify the finished size, cover material and internal layout. A slim writing-pad holder and a zippered ring-binder case use different components, so confirm the structure before comparing prices.
Set the size and pocket layout
Specify the writing-pad size, document pockets, card slots and closure. A4 and US Letter pads have different dimensions; the holder must fit the pad you intend to use. Changes to pocket positions or ring hardware may require a different construction, so send a marked drawing or reference sample with the request.
If you want to include a custom ballpoint pen, select it before finalizing the pen loop. For document storage without a writing-pad layout, you can also compare our custom document folders.
Confirm the cover and logo process
Specify the cover material, color and surface texture with your logo artwork. Blind debossing presses the logo into a suitable cover; gold or silver foil adds a metallic finish. Screen printing is another option for colored logos. The logo size, position and finish should be agreed before making the branded sample.
Approve a complete sample
Sampling takes around 3 days once the artwork and specifications are confirmed. Review the sample with the writing pad and accessories fitted. Check pocket openings, pen-loop fit, stitching and closure, then confirm the included items and packing before approving the bulk order.
Most standard orders take around 10โ15 days after sample approval. Special materials or changes to the construction may need a separate schedule. We arrange packing and bulk shipping from China.

The minimum order is 100 pieces for custom portfolios and padfolios. Include the selected model, cover material, logo artwork and any internal layout changes when requesting a quote.
Available formats include A4, A5 and US Letter. You can request document pockets, card slots, pen loops, writing-pad holders or ring binders, with closure options such as zippers, magnets or straps. Specify the pad dimensions and accessories so the internal layout can be confirmed before sampling.
Blind debossing creates an indented logo without added color. Gold or silver foil gives a metallic finish, while screen printing can reproduce a colored logo on compatible covers. Engraved metal logo plates are another option. The cover material and texture determine which process is suitable.
